The Brasserie du Royal’s signature chef, Marc Haeberlin, comes from a long and distinguished line of top chefs. The fourth generation of Michelin-starred chefs in his family, Haeberlin was taught the craft of exceptional cooking from a young age by his father. Best known for his work at the acclaimed Michelin-star winning restaurant L'Auberge de L'Ill in France’s Alsace region, Chef Haeberlin brings his years of experience working under masters of French cuisine to serve up the best Brasserie food Lausanne has to offer. Working alongside our talented team of Brasserie chefs, Haeberlin’s signature dishes offer memorable dining experiences at The Royal Savoy.
